USBASP Downloader PCB purchase from PCBway.com
Log report about my PCB design start form website PCBway.com the step are :
1. Online Quote
Fill the form to order a PCB. Last month i still easy to order promo PCB $5 just one click then include in my rack shooping. but now..same as Instant Quote at leftside make me little bit slow down, i must entry several data such as the pcb size. Ohhh come on.. i m too lazy to measure the dimension. so i just fill 99 x 99 and 10 pcs (lets PCBway team correct it in audit session). Next data select soldermask color to RED. you can choose green classic, red trendy, yellow epic, blue modern, white frosen of black Profesional (berware of purple and matte color.. they are expensive ) click yes to agree change HASL to ENIG. click big green button CALCULATE. Watch Right side The Form will appear just like this :
change use china post.. tada i got cheap trill !!! $5 + $11 = $16 deal? click add to cart. Finish !!! dont worry about raises price.. if its happen my tips from me just simple abandon the project, redesign and re order new form again. you got free open source hardware, share it (just click share n sell button) they promise if your design order by other user you got fee..
2. Upload Gerber file
What is Gerber file?.. Gerber is separate design layout PCB. One Eagle Brd File splitt export out into Seven dwarf.. GTL GBL GTS GBS GTO GBO DRILLTXTfile. compresse into single zip file. I usually use Eagle CAD 6.12 other design such as sprintlay6 or Diptrace also able to expoert gerber.

3. Order review
three condition :
a. Not completed : I not yet upload gerber files... if status Failed then I must re upload gerber files.
b. Pass Payment : Audit passed mean your Design is okay.. you can check boxlist for payment
c. Subject to audit : just wait hurry up... .. pass or failed? give me quick answer :D
it takes long time when you got mistakes on your design. I did forget to add outline. PCBway reject the design if there is no outline board. so blame who? eagle or sparkfun CAM processor gerber exporter ?.. will back to laptop. put thin line 0.1mm around the design. save n re export gerber again.
4. Payment
After Audit Passed you will able to give checklist and bellow will show your information about how mush you must pay. Click Procced to checkout. You can pay via Paypall or tranfer to the bank.
5. Fabrication :
While they create PCB for you, in several days you can prepare other project. you can click Technological Proccess to see the progress, how far the produce your order.

Downloader or programmer in the world of microcontrollers is known as a tool that can be used to fill the program into the microcontroller chip. Downloader or programmer is a tool or tools that you must have when you want to fill the program into the microcontroller. Microcontroller downloader of many kinds, depending on what brand of microcontroller you use. Each microcontroller factory usually sells its programmers separately. You can buy it according to what microcontroller chip you use.
Downloader or microcontroller programmer can also be made by yourself. Lots of series of microcontroller downloader or microcontroller programmer that you can see on the internet. One of them is an AVR microcontroller downloader named USBasp. USBasp is one of the open source AVR microcontroller. It meansYou can download the series for free. You can also create your own downloader series without having to pay a license to the circuit builder.
As a reference I am referring to the source website USBasp located at the following link http://www.fischl.de/usbasp On the link is displayed a lot of downloaded pcb downloader series. If you are lazy to create your own pcb circuit, you can download from the link. To make a series of USBasp downloader, I am using free PCB design software that is Cadsoft Eagle PCB. The software can be downloaded at the following link http://www.cadsoftusa.com/.
I Connect the finished Downloader to the newly created downloader, because it will do the cloning / inject driver USBasp. Then provide another USBASP (Downloader) to download the firmware to atmega8. (Downloader does not have to be USBASP based which can be other compatible origin with MOSI, MISO, SCK and AVR microcontroller reset). This way requires two USBASP downloaders. One as 'USBASP' which I use as the target board and the other as USBASP downloader. To make USBASP a target board the way is by connecting the jumper self prog.
